2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

ngt88 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Each method has a defined minimum deposit amount and withdrawal limit.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
  • Deposited funds must come from the registered account holder's own payment method.

In the case of suspicious transactions, ngt88 may hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete. If evidence of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and relevant information may be handed over to the authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Registered users on ngt88 can enjoy various types of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these benefits:

  • Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in wagers.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.
  • Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
  • Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
  • Bets on certain sports or games may contribute fully or partially toward bonus wagering — see the details of each offer.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the platform:

  • Each bet amount must meet the minimum limit, which may vary by game and market.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error or disconnection, ngt88 reserves the right to void or restart that round.
  • For sports betting, official results are considered final. In the case of disputed results, ngt88's decision is final.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's instructions must be followed. Any form of misconduct may result in account closure.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

ngt88's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tiers and associated benefits are entirely at ngt88's discretion. Changes to the criteria for tier assignment may take effect without prior notice. VIP benefits are not transferable to any other account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

  • Registering using fake or fraudulent identity documents.
  • Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial means.
  • Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game to gain an advantage.
  • Funding another person's bets using your own deposited funds, or acting on behalf of a third party.
  • Selling, buying, or sharing account details with others.
  • Any form of fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ngt88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or submit required documents.
  • As a precautionary measure during an ongoing investigation.
  • If the user applies self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools themselves.

In the event of account closure, the user has the right to receive their valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is due to a prohibited activity. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected] or through live chat.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
